1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of TripPulse, provided by MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd ("MK Global", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. The service
TripPulse is a profit-tracking application for South African owner-drivers and delivery fleets: logging shifts, trips, costs, and generating reports, quotes, and invoices. It's provided as a web app installable to your device (PWA) with offline support.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to create an account.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive 30 days of full access with no card required. At the end of the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
5. Subscription and billing
The subscription fee is R99 per month, billed in advance through our payment processor, Paystack. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. See our Refund Policy for how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's security or availability.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised users.
7. Your data
You own the business data you enter into TripPulse — shifts, trips, costs, invoices, and related records. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
8. Availability
We work to keep TripPulse available and reliable, including offline support that queues your entries when you have no signal and syncs them once you're back online. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and the app may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
TripPulse is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, MK Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including business decisions made based on figures the app calculates from data you entered.
10. Termination
You may stop using TripPulse and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, engage in unlawful use, or have unresolved non-payment after all billing retries have failed.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
