MK Global SA (Pty) Ltd ("MK Global", "we", "us") operates TripPulse, a profit-tracking app for South African owner-drivers and delivery fleets. We are the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Subscription payments are processed entirely by Paystack. We never see or store your full card number — Paystack handles that under its own security and privacy terms.
Your data is stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and protected with row-level security so your records are only ever accessible to your account. Photos (e.g. receipts, summary sheets) are stored in Supabase Storage under the same protection.

We keep your account and operational data for as long as your account is active, so your historical shifts, trips, and reports remain available to you. If you close your account, we retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, then delete it.
We use industry-standard practices — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and database-level access control — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
