Everything about signing up, using, and paying for TripPulse.
TripPulse is a profit-tracking app for South African owner-drivers and small delivery fleets. It logs your shifts, trips, and costs (fuel, tolls, oil, tyres) and calculates your real profit automatically.
No. Registration gives you 30 days of full access with no card required. You'll only be asked to pay once the trial ends and you decide to continue.
Solo mode is for a single owner-driver: start a shift, log waybills or a trip, track your own costs, see your own profit.
Fleet mode (branch account) is for operators managing multiple drivers and vehicles: it adds customer invoicing, payroll, debtor ageing, and profitability reports broken down by driver, vehicle, route, and customer.
Your account is set up as one or the other. If you started solo and now need fleet features for a growing team, contact support to discuss migrating your account.
A shift is rate-based: you set a delivery/collection rate when you start, then log waybills as you go. A trip is a one-off job with a fixed price agreed up front — use the trip quote calculator to work out what to charge before you start.
Fuel, tolls, oil, and tyres, logged either during an active shift (so they're linked to that shift's profit) or independently from the Costs section. Recurring costs like insurance, vehicle instalments, and tracker fees can be set up separately and marked paid each period.
Yes. The app is installable and works offline — anything you log while offline is queued and automatically synced once you're back online. A banner shows your connection status and how many items are waiting to sync.
Solo drivers can generate a monthly invoice covering all completed shifts for a client, and export trip quotes as PDFs. Fleet accounts have a full invoicing system: create customer invoices, record payments, and track overdue accounts via debtor ageing.
Yes. Add your PrDP, driver's licence, COF, and other documents with their expiry dates, and TripPulse warns you as they approach expiry so you don't get caught out.
R99 per month after your 30-day free trial. Billing is handled securely through Paystack.
You'll see a reminder in the last few days of your trial. Once it ends, you'll be asked to subscribe to keep using the app — your data isn't lost, access simply pauses until you subscribe.
Yes. Message MK Global on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange payment another way and activate your account manually.
Yes, there's no lock-in contract. If your subscription is cancelled, your account reverts to the trial state — since the trial period will have already passed, you'll be prompted to resubscribe if you want to keep using the app.
Use the in-app Help Guide (Menu > Help), or contact MK Global support directly by WhatsApp or email — see the app's Settings page for current contact details.
